The speaker prays to the Lord to keep his loving eye on all mortal poor creatures. He says the remote of all creatures is in the hand of the Lord and prays to have mercy on them. He prays to the Lord to let him/them see the next morning as no one knows what is going to happen tomorrow.

He sees the best side of us as nobody is perfect to do so. In this way, the poet describes the magnificence of the God by highlighting his powers.

We just see the effects of it. We don’t see God but we find effects in our lives. Unexpected and miraculous things are an example of the existence of God. Although there is no physical presence of God, the God exists in our subconscious mind. Hence God exists upon us and he is immortal and intangible.
b. In his Epistle to the author of the book, The Three Impostors (1768), Voltaire says, “Even if the God didn’t exist, it would be necessary to invent him.” Write an essay highlighting the importance of the God in the society.
Importance of God in the Society
The role of God in society is of utmost importance. God is the source of all life, and He is the one who is responsible for our overall wellbeing. He is the one who gives us guidance and purpose in life, as well as providing us with the tools to be successful and live a life full of joy and contentment.
God offers us an anchor to our faith and helps us to make sense of the world around us. He is our foundation, our protector and our source of strength. Through His teachings, He gives us the ability to discern right from wrong, and to live a life of purpose and meaning. His Word provides us with the tools we need to stay focused and remain on the right path.
God is also a source of comfort and hope, especially during times of suffering and despair. He provides us with the strength to persevere through difficult times, and helps us to find the courage to face whatever challenges come our way. He also gives us the unconditional love and support we need to keep going, even when it seems like all hope is lost.
God also serves an important role in our communities. He is the one who unites us and brings us together to work towards common goals. He helps us to build bridges between different people and cultures, and to promote tolerance and understanding. He encourages us to be kind and compassionate to one another, and to strive for peace and harmony in our societies.
In short, God is an essential part of society. He offers us guidance, strength, and hope, and provides us with the tools we need to live a life of purpose and meaning.
